Vienna Windsor specializes in premium lab-grown diamond jewelry.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, finishes, stone appearance, and proportions may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of diamonds.
Product weights, measurements, and dimensions are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
3. Made-to-Order Jewelry
Many Vienna Windsor products are manufactured after an order is placed.
Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, suppliers, shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Membership
Certain pricing, promotions, or exclusive products may require an active Vienna Windsor Membership.
Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active.
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or eligibility at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Pricing
We make every effort to ensure our pricing is accurate.
If we discover an error in pricing, product descriptions, or availability, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before shipment and provide a full refund.

6. Payment
Payment must be received and authorized before an order enters production.
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment authorization cannot be completed or if fraud prevention systems identify unusual activity.
7. Diamond Certification
Where applicable, diamonds may include grading reports from independent laboratories such as IGI or other internationally recognized grading organizations.
Minor variations between grading laboratories are common and do not constitute a defect.
8. Custom & Bespoke Jewelry
Custom, personalized, engraved, or bespoke jewelry is created specifically for you.
Once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless required by applicable law or due to a manufacturing defect.
9. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise stated.
Certain products, including custom-made or engraved items, may not be eligible for return.
11. Warranty
Vienna Windsor stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Lost jewelry
Lost diamonds
Damage caused by accidents
Improper care
Unauthorized repairs

12. Intellectual Property
